Shows must report ON and OFF movements from each individual cattle exhibitor. Movements must be reported to ScotEID within 3 days of moving

Log into ScotEID account

Under the CATTLE heading, click on ScotMoves+ (Births/Deaths/Sales...)

Click ON Movements - Record

1. Arrival date - click on the box and a calendar will appear and select the appropriate date of movement

Departure CPH - type the keeper's holding number here. Each individual keeper requires to be Submitted separately.

2. Enter the cattle tag numbers either manually or by scanning the passports. Once the number has been entered click ADD. The list of cattle will then appear in the table below

A summary of all the animals added will be shown in step 3, please check this list is correct before submitting

Click Submit

A box with a list of the animals being moved will appear, click OK if happy to proceed

After submitting the ON movement you will be asked - "Would you also like to record a return movement for these animals?"

YES - If yes is selected, the OFF movements will pre-populate for the user to complete the movement of the same batch of animals

NO - If no is selected, a separate OFF movement will need to be recorded for the animals to be moved off the show holding.
