  1. Keepers must report their own OFF and ON movements for going to and from shows.  Movements must be reported to ScotEID within 3 days of moving.

    • Log into ScotEID account

    • Under the CATTLE heading, click on ScotMoves+ (Births/Deaths/Sales...)

    • Click on Off Movements - Record

  2. Departure date - click on the box and select the appropriate date of movement from the calendar Destination CPH - this can be typed in if known or click on Select and search for the show CPH by typing the name of the show in the box at the top left. When a CPH is selected the dialogue box will close and the relevant CPH will be added.   3. Select cattle by one of three ways - either tick the checkbox to the left of the Animal ID; search by the last 3 or 4 digits; or scan the passports

    • Any selected animals will appear in yellow

  4. A summary of the selected animals will be shown in step 3, please check this list before submitting

  5. Click Submit A box with a list of the animals being moved will appear, click OK if happy to proceed After submitting the movement you will be asked - "Would you also like to record a return movement for these animals?"
    • Click Submit

    • After submitting the movement you will be asked - "Would you also like to record a return movement for these animals?"

    • YES - If yes is selected, the OFF movements will pre-populate for the user to complete the movement of the same batch of animals

    • NO - If no is selected, a separate OFF movement will need to be recorded for the animals to be moved off the show holding.
