  4. Step 1 - Enter the holdings you wish to have an exemption between. There can be more than two holdings within one exemption should you have more than two neighbouring CPH's. All CPH's are to be written within these boxes, or you can complete multiple exemption application forms for separate exemptions

  5. Step 2 - Affix one of your BCMS barcode stickers or write your CPH in to the box

  6. Step 3 - Tick the boxes relating to the months of the year the exemption will be in place. If the exemption will run all year then tick all 12 boxes

  7. Step 4 - Either provide a simple map or explanation of the cattle moving between the holdings - this could be roughly hand drawn or separate maps can be printed and included with the exemption application form

  8. Sign, date, and print your name at the foot of the form, then either email to us at help@scoteid.com or post to: ScotEID Information Centre, Huntly Business Centre, 83 Gordon Street, Huntly, AB54 8FG

    • Once we have received your exemption application form and processed this, you shall receive a letter confirming whether the exemption has been granted or not. Your ScotMoves account will also be updated to reflect this decision.
